Returns & refunds.

We want every pair to feel considered, comfortable, and right. If something isn't quite as you'd hoped, here's how we'll make it right.

Return window

Unworn, unmarked pairs may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please keep the original box, dust bag, and all tags intact — pairs returned without these may not qualify for a refund.

How to start a return

  • Email care@wear-shan.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  • We'll reply within two working days with a return address and instructions.
  • Pack the pair in its original box and arrange courier of your choice. Domestic return shipping (within Malaysia) is at the customer's cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the pair, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the pair arrived faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original pair for a refund and place a new order. This avoids holding stock while your parcel is in transit.

Faulty or incorrect pairs

If your pair arrives with a manufacturing defect or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Final sale

Items marked final sale, gift cards, and shoes worn outdoors or showing visible wear cannot be returned.

International orders

Returns from outside Malaysia are accepted on the same 14-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and any customs fees. We recommend a tracked service.
