1. About us

SHAN is a women's footwear label based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean SHAN.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is confirmed only when we send a dispatch confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes. Any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

4. Shipping

We ship across Malaysia and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are guidance only and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

6. Product information

We make every effort to display colours, materials, and dimensions accurately. Slight variations are inherent to natural and microfiber leathers and are not defects. Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the SHAN name, logo, photography, copy, and design — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping at scale, or interfering with other customers' use of the Site.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and improve your experience. We do not sell personal data. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
